02/27/2024, 4:50 PMThis is a very basic flow just to illustrate how you can build the rating system@important-butcher-68582 , I don't like the idea to "force" users to rate, I don't believe is the best practice, but you can set this capture to be unskippeable if you really want to get the user feedback

02/27/2024, 4:52 PMYou can connect the "👍 👎 " card to the Query Knowledge one so that if user enter text instead of clicking an option, it will go straight to the KB query node where it will answer, avoiding those erros
