I was previously using folders to limit the the bot to specific KB for answers. In fact I was doing a tiered KB approach. User asks a question and the bot looks at KB1 and only if it cannot find the answers go to KB2 and then again only if it still cannot find an answer to internet (KB3). Recent changes have made this work differently and slower. Now it checks all KB and takes much longer to answer the simple questions. Since the Capture cards can now be used to specify an KB I would have to redesign the workflows. Can we either have the folders work like before and limit queries to the KB in the folder or add the same feature to the Query card so you can specify the KB it will use.
