Hello, I'm new to botpress and im making a simple chatbot that makes reservation, i've made it that a user enters his info ( phone number, name) i want to make a function using find record that if a user's number is already in the database he can't make another reservation, any ideas on how to do it?

@astonishing-napkin-74260 I'm Sorry But I did like the example did yesterday, i tried it on a functioning bot i've made and it's registering the same phone number twice, i've tried it on another bot and made the exact same things that were done in the video and it still wasn't fixed, any ideas?

Hey @Fraco, in order to help troubleshoot the issue, could you please provide a screenshot of the Studio with the Find Records card, the Expression card as well as a screenshot of the Table in question?

I think you're adding record as soon as u get the user phone number. But you need to add record only after confirming that their record doesn't exist
