Query KB do not allow you to limit the KB even if you use the them in a folder like it use to work before. So what happened? I am currently forced to use a combination of these cards to make it work but it is very inefficient. When will this be fixed?

Hey there! The team I believe are working on fixing the folder issue. Also, they will be rolling out a function of limiting KB scope within the query KB card as well.

Do you know when we could expect this fix to be available? Next week? Next month? 3 months? Appreciate the insight as this is now a main issue for us.

Thanks. Updated query cards are working and even better you can select not just one but multiple KBs from a list of the ones you have.
