Hi community, im trying to send an email to the following departament when a customer wants to create a "support ticket" i created the following variables to capture (first image) and i made the JSON message as docs said (second image). third image you can see the zapier config (maybe there is something wrong i think). also i can check on the debug botpress section that message was sent succesfully to zapier (4th image) why im not receiving the email ?? Thank you in advance ppl 🙌

You don't even seem to have filled the Gmail part of the automation completely
