Dropdown menu failing.

Heyy, In my dropdown menu of the single choices if the user select english, The chooice "Ciudad de Panamá" change to "Panama City". when the user select panama city it doesnt capture the variable. What does it say in your logs when you use the English language?

If I use chinese or any other language that´s not inglish. It works as it should.

Hey @best-army-74344 so the issue is that when the bot switches to English, it doesn't capture the answer and immediately goes to a retry? Can you confirm that it works in a couple other languages?

so, it is a bug, it doesn't work for Drop Downs, but works for choices (buttons)
It is related to translation
if you are in a hurry we can think of work arounds
option 1: Turnoff the retries:
add an AI Transition after:
also remove all the connections from the capture information (location)
Option 2: You can use Full Address Capture Information card, list the options to the user, and let them type it, then we can extract it form the variable
