Hi! I’m about to deliver my first chatbot as a freelancer, an e-commerse store who want’s the bot to detect their product categories from free text and direct the user there. I’ve been trying with intents for every category. Firstly, it seems ineffective, and also Botpress tend to mix up the intents, directing to wrong category. In my day-time job we use MS Copliot which handles this differently. I’m just adding subjects (keywords) and the bots direct the user to a specific link/text/generative answer I set. Could someone help me how to handle this in Botpress? Adding a print screen from my messy dashboard (which clearly visualizes I picked the wrong method herešŸ˜€ )

Hey there, Congrats on getting your first client! Have you tried using AI Transitions instead? Or the AI Task.

Thank you for your help. It works better, but still Botpress seem to direct user to an Ai Transition even if I ask for something completely different. I will try more.

Do you have force classify on?

Now I did, and it works alot better. Thank you! Is it any way to prevent the text from passing through the flow if user input is detected by the Ai transition?

Not sure if I fully understand that question. Feel free to create a new post here in #1111009377525186570 if its a new question.
