Issues with vertical videos and WhatsApp

Hello, I’m try to deliver a video based course through WhatsApp but I find that when I upload vertical videos(~40 seconds long) i get various error messages such as ā€œrequest failed with status code 400ā€. Only 16:9 videos seem to upload for me. Additionally, when I test the bot on WhatsApp, I am not receiving all the videos(the file size is 6.6mb). Please help!
Update: I can get very short videos to send through WhatsApp but only videos that are 1-2 seconds. Will it be possible to send videos that are 1.5 mins long?

I would also like to know this, maybe a @User has an answer to this

I’m still trying to figure this out but my best guess is that it’s related to the file size. Meta’s documentation says 16MB is the maximum allowed size of a video file after compression and encryption… but the video files I’m sending are far smaller
Update: I figured out that if I download the video from Canva and upload it to Bot Press, it will send through to WhatsApp. But when I was exporting it from CapCut, It would not send from but BotPress to WhatsApp. Both file types seem to be the same, does anyone have an idea what the difference might be?

Botpress has a maximum of 10 mb

Hey @bumpy-butcher-41910, can you help me out on this by asking the engineers? Videos less than 10Mb work on the emulator but not WhatsApp. To make them work on WhatsApp, the only work around I’ve found is to upload the video to Canva and then download it again. I’d really appreciate some help figuring out the root cause of the issue. Thanks in advance.

WhatsApp Video Size Limit 16MB generally means a video from 90 seconds to 3 minutes based on its specific resolution, frame rate, and bitrate. While for WhatsApp status, your video must be within 30 seconds.
So the issue isn't the size
Can you check the logs and see if it throws any errors, when using WhatsApp

Thanks for you help @fresh-fireman-491 Do you know where I can find the WhatsApp logs?
f
If you go to the dashboard of your bot then you should be able to see Logs right beside the chat, which is to the right side of the integrations page

Thanks. Here’s what I’ve got.

Doesn't look like its sending it
This is not my area of expertise but can you try with a link instead of uploading the file
