I keep on gettnig the error "New Issue detected for bot Widu: Error thrown in Execute Code card" in my notifications anytime I try chating with any of my botpress chatbots. I tried integrating it into a west and the only output I keep getting is "Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later"

Can you share the code that gives this error?
