Using HITL for anything else than Zendesk

02/27/2024, 3:25 PMIm searching for a way a human could continue a conversation which was previously with a bot. The only way to do this I found was through Zendesk. I kind of dislike Zendesk and was wondering if theres any other way to use a HITL.

02/27/2024, 4:17 PMZendesk is the only built-in integration for HITL. You are welcome to build your own integration if you'd like to work with another 3rd-party! We have community members building their own integration. 🙂
