Not same answers between ChatGPT and BOTpress BOT

Hello everyone! As a newcomer to this community, I find myself in need of assistance with a problem I've encountered while working with Botpress and its integration with GPT. First off, I'd like to apologize if my question seems basic to the more experienced; I would truly appreciate any guidance you can offer. Problem Context: I've been working on setting up custom responses using GPT for my project in Botpress. My goal is to create a seamless and coherent user experience, where the bot's responses are accurate and reflect the configurations I've established. The Issue: Unfortunately, I've run into a significant challenge. Despite having carefully configured responses in GPT, the responses generated by the chat created in Botpress show unexpected variations and do not align with what I've configured. This has led me to a state of confusion, as the "correct" responses are those that I have defined in GPT. Steps Taken: In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have reset the Botpress integration with GPT multiple times, hoping this would synchronize the responses and eliminate the discrepancies. However, this effort has not resulted in a solution, and the problem persists. Request for Help: I turn to you, the community, seeking advice or suggestions on how to tackle this situation. Has anyone faced a similar problem or has ideas on why there is this inconsistency between the responses configured in GPT and those generated by Botpress? this is the expected behaviour - we perform a few operations on the backend to your prompts to ensure that bots are safe to use in business settings
in other words, to avoid your business ending up in the news!
any kind of prompt manipulation like that will result in a variation between the two answers

Ok Robert, thank you so much for the response.. but the thing is that now the bot is not giving the right answers, it's not useful for my business.
