Hi I've always the same problem. When I try to capture an information, for instance I select "store the result in" worklow.phone and when I run the chatbot, this selection is cancelled and it is said : "select/creat variable" instead of. Can you help me pleaaaaasseeee thaks

It isn't very clear what's the problem and where it's coming from, could you show us some pictures of what happens ?

Yep, one the first picture you can see that the selected variable is “workflow.phone. However, whenever I run the workflow, the variable turns into “select a variable”. ( picture 2 ). Accordingly my bot crashes.

have you tried exporting your current bot, and then importing it into a new bot
