400 Error today only querying tables

We experiences a high rate of 400 errors querying tables this afternoon across all our production bots. First one we saw was just after 11:30 AM EST, last one was 4 PM EST. Intermittent but causing total chat failure in some cases as we rely on this capability to initiate a chat with a user's profile.
