Have you also tested with the V1 of the webchat. Just wondering it could be the difference 🤷‍♀️

ah good thought but unfortunately it works with v1 as well
413 errors usually occur when a payload being sent is too large, which is odd since I'm not sure why it would work on my end

Okay I think I know where the problem is
When I reinstalled the bot, it worked. Then I copied the stylesheet that was on the previous one and the error returned
So there might be something wrong with this "https://webchat-styler-css.botpress.app/prod/ebd0cc33-1df9-450a-ac4d-9743be9a702f/v51584/style.css"

Probably yes Try and take it in a code editor and see if it can find any errors

It is not done by a code. It was implemented via a sheet

Yes but the link that you send contains all of the CSS code. If you take that code and put it in a code editor you can check it, but after giving it another look, I would say that that is not the problem.

After /prod
Try the new stylesheet
I copied the code from your stylesheet and put it in that one so it should be the same

Hey @purple-dream-91712 no issue on my end when I hit publish and then go on the Chat tab.
Can you try with a different browser?

I did, on both safari and Chrome
And there is a problem because this bot has a stylesheet
