Hi @shy-air-17871 just wondering, are you using webchat v2?

It will automatically open the information page when its enabled. People have mentioned this before and it is hopefully something the team is working on.

hmm weird, now that I disabled it and published the bot (which might be unnecessary) and changed the script, it still opens the info page

@famous-jewelry-85388 do we know why only the bot information show up and not the actual chatbot? I find this odd.

Just to add it here Multiple people have been complaining about this. It is not a bug on his side, it is like this for everyone using the v1 of the webchat.
