I am interested in knowing if Botpress has a specific functionality or platform for managing customer service. We plan to use WhatsApp as our communication channel.
To give you some context, our company has a team of human agents who interact with customers following the initial contact via ChatBot. I would like to know if, within the Botpress platform, it is possible for the ChatBot to categorize customers with tags, forward requests to human support, and other functions typical of a customer service center.
I am aware that there are other ChatBots with similar functionalities, but none seems to offer the range of features that Botpress has, especially integration with AI like ChatGPT. We are looking for a solution that allows us to automate processes in the company but also provides the option of human intervention when necessary.
