Hello, Guys! I hope you are doing well. I'm reaching out because I've been facing challenges in finding relevant tutorials in my country, Brazil. Thank you in advance for your help! I am interested in knowing if Botpress has a specific functionality or platform for managing customer service. We plan to use WhatsApp as our communication channel. To give you some context, our company has a team of human agents who interact with customers following the initial contact via ChatBot. I would like to know if, within the Botpress platform, it is possible for the ChatBot to categorize customers with tags, forward requests to human support, and other functions typical of a customer service center. I am aware that there are other ChatBots with similar functionalities, but none seems to offer the range of features that Botpress has, especially integration with AI like ChatGPT. We are looking for a solution that allows us to automate processes in the company but also provides the option of human intervention when necessary.

Hey @best-activity-47902 ! Welcome to the community 🙂 🇧🇷
Human handoff is possible with Zendesk, as we do have an integration. We have a video explaining you how to integrate with Zendesk:

@famous-jewelry-85388 are you aware if the following is possible : within the Botpress platform, is it possible for the ChatBot to categorize customers with tags, and other functions typical of a customer service center?

Thank you for the useful information! The video about integrating Botpress with Zendesk was very enlightening. I would like to know if there are other customer service platforms that can also be integrated with Botpress, preferably with different pricing options. I am looking for alternatives to evaluate which one best fits the needs and budget of our company. Additionally, I am interested in finding out if there is any tutorial or resource that discusses implementing a "memory intelligence" in the bot, so it doesn't repeat the same things after interacting with a customer. Also, is it possible to configure the bot to pause its responses for a week following human intervention, and then resume the normal flow, but recognizing that the customer is already registered? Thank you again for your assistance, and I look forward to any additional information.

@crooked-van-25152 @best-activity-47902 for that part, the short answer is "yes, depending on how the data is structured"

Thank you Bassam!

But you could always build your own integration with any third-party! 🙂
*Additionally, I am interested in finding out if there is any tutorial or resource that discusses implementing a "memory intelligence" in the bot, so it doesn't repeat the same things after interacting with a customer. * Here, are you referring to: repeating the same things for the same user? If so, you could save information as a user variable. You can find more info here: https://botpress.com/docs/cloud/studio/variables/#user-variables
This way the bot will remember the information the second time the person comes talk to the bot. And would be able for example to greet the person with his name.
