Webchat is super slow even stops working, not usable compared with studio emulator, also single choice buttons show in emulator but not in webchat, this is not good, not reliable enough to make a business out of this

Thanks for responding, in the emulator things are working ok but when I publish I have problems, single choice buttons not showing, and in webchat retrieving from KB is working sometimes and not other times, just thinks for ever

could you send me a screenshot of your studio? Like how you built your bot 🙂

You see standard23 works fine in emulator I have the single choice buttons but not in webchat, also the emulator responds good from KB but blocks in webchat

Hello - has the slow to start/respond issue been resolved with any releases? I am following these threads and looking to launch a bot for my organization. The slowness is preventing us from considering full scale with it.

Very slow start response; has someone figured it out?

+1 to this question - launched a bot today and the client is saying its slow to start. I was wandering if paying for always active is going to help this, but asking them to pay $5 per month because the product is slow doesn't seem right.
