Have you tried clearing cache?
Try clearing your local storage. You can run this in his Chrome console: localStorage.clear()

*I hope things go well. * I have tried this: 1. Ofcourse Reloading 2. Deleting Cache and All Data in Browser 3. Tried using Chrome and Earlier Duckduckgo 4. Tried in both mobile and desktop devices. After doing all the issue exists. Now I even tried the console command given by you and it didn't effect. 🥺

actually i had an another account in which i was testing things and learning botpress. in that process while i created the bot and made a webchat. It worked well in desktop but for other users it took lot of time for the bot to respond

So the first message is usually the slowest.
It takes some time to wake up the bot
Then it should be faster

Really good work especially once you add a fall back for no response found in knowledge base! Consider adding a trigger with the start node and make it conversation started. That way when the user opens the bot the time will already be ticking when they hit back to conversation there is usually a message from the bot waiting. In this case it should automatically move to your query capture card and invite the user to ask their question

This webchat is to help people when they are busy and can't read all and just need a quick understanding of things and their working.
