I deleted all the KB content of my botpress account a couple hours ago, and I still have this: I am concerned about it. Can somebody help me?

strange. can you try exporting this and importing into a new bot, in a new workspace if possible?

I imported in the exact same bot (it´s already published, I don´t want to resetup the Whatsapp ideally by publishing it elsewhere) and I have this strange values

Yes, thanks! But then what? I´ll have to resetup that brand new bot on all the channels they´re published? I mean it seems like my bot is already burned for life :/

So i would need to delete my published bot right? (otherwise, even the KB of if my current bot is empty, it will show up 100% usage)

when you export and import into a new bot, what is the new bot's vector storage?

Total workspace (however the other bot has no KB content, I have deleted some hours ago)
I deleted the previous bot, create a new one, imported the previous into the new one, and still got the exact same problem. This is concerning me a lot
Plus the KB content failed to upload now in this new bot, so I have 100% usage a 0 content in kb :/

nah not as far as I know, at least
apologies, but it looks like the solution for now would be to use the new workspace - I'm looking into a fix in the interim but I don't have an easy solution for you unfortunately

(Because as you can see in here I cannot add my bot in my new workspace
Even tho I have 0 content and 95% of KB usage (?), if I pay 10$, I´ll have 1MB storadge, or will it keep filling storadge that is not being used automatically?
Now I cannot even add more content
Now I can´t import any bot in any workspace. I think my account is facing Bugs from your side
Is there any email address or something for bugs?
