Hey Just read a bit about it. Would you like to have an integration between Botpress and this?

I mean more like an escalation process for Botpress staff to get notified when major issues arise. If you have verified & trustworthy ambassadors globally which are allowed to create a Jira escalation ticket, the staff member who is on-call in canada can get a notification.

I agree Bjorn, there certainly needs to be a way to resolve issues outside of Canadian work hours and this seems like a really good solution.
