Hey buddy @bright-river-805, I normally use query KB card to get it done. It's gives more accurate answers as well
Also, have you tried prompting your Knowledge Agent?
For example, putting a sentence saying please answer in first person only. Or something simlar

But it should at least avoid the origial problem of yours

No, it's good. The personality agent can sometimes mess with the answers
Try going with this prompt in your Knowledge Agent and see how it goes.
Worse case you would need to use AI generate for further control, but it involves more work and more AI token usage
