initially we asked the user through multiple choice cards to distinguish the phone type then we used a raw input card to capture the query

Most of the time the personality agent creates an UI bug when presenting the answer
I have couple of solutions: I would try in your KB agent to specifically say to display the full answer, it can sometimes work. Use query KB card instead and use AI generate to ensure the answer is displayed fully. Also, export your template into a new bot can also fix the bug

hello sorry for the miscommunication but apparently the the log sends incomplete messages BUT the knowledge base is complete I might have looked at the wrong log message

No worries, then your KB might not be clear to the AI
Try restructuring it and separating different topics with specific file names
