Hope you don't get mad at me... Where should I place those variables? I'm still learning (Only my 3rd day) 😦
w
Hey buddy, ofc course I'm not mad😆 The bot looks very good for only your third day!
Where would you like the answer to show citation?
r
Below the answer of the Botpress, please.
Did you saw my reply? I'm new to Discord to... 😦
w
Hey, sorry I didn’t see the message! In your AI generate text, put at the bottom: State from which document you got the answer from. Use (paste the code)
r
Thank you! I did that but can't see any reference to the pdf...
w
You will need to ask it to find information from the KB because that’s where you documents are🙂
r
Could you please give the example? Sorry to waist your time!
By the way, is there a way to meke it search for a different answer if it gives a wrong one?
w
The easier way would be shown in the images
You can see at the end it gives the answer. You can set-up a chatGPT fallback if the answer wasn't found. Check out his video:

r

Very new to botpress and watched your awesome videos. Finally figured things out. This took me alot of trial and error but it works. My question is, 'Is there a cleaner way to put this togehter?'
w
Hey there! You can combine nodes by putting your cards from user_info and greet user into the first node
There is no need for them to be in seperate nodes
Also, disable KB answering in your name card, so you don't get KB answer by mistake🙂
b
Thank you. Will do.
