I know it won't be the same as what we can do with webchat.

Well, I'd like to know the level of customization we can do for non-webchat deployments.
I know we can't do ALL the customizations if I deploy a bot to Slack or WhatsApp as I can do for a web chatbot but I want to know how much customization can I do for these?
