10/05/2023, 6:12 PMMy apologies, it was actually the end of August that it had occurred, there were off and on problems for 2 days, one of which lasted hours such as the widget not loading properly, I had to transition 4 clients to a completely new platform. I'm curious if y'all had found the reason this happened and can say it wouldn't happen again, I've used Botpress for years and don't exactly want to give up on you guys but I'm seeing more and more problems as of late.

10/05/2023, 6:14 PMwhile we can't promise that a similar issue won't happen again in the future (no software service will make this kind of promise), we were able to properly diagnose and fix the downtime issue from this past August
