10/04/2023, 5:12 PMHey @crooked-van-25152 based on some quick tests I did, it looks like it's due to the expected bot "warm up" time that happens after some period of inactivity of the bot. If you try it out multiple times by closing the chatbot window and opening it again, or trying in incognito mode or different browsers, the subsequent loads of the chatbot will display the trigger almost instantly.
