Yeah, my workflow is connected to whatsapp so there's no end conversation option as in the webchat
so, the way I ended a workflow was either finishing the conversation or let it time out
but now, i'm in a problem, where it is infinately looping

I also would like to know that! What's a good workflow to test out a whatsapp bot and do changes. I click on publish, do the changes and don't have anything on that side

So what you want is to be able to end the conversation, and make sure it doesn't loop forever to the first node.

Actually, it is never reaching to the timeout workflow right now
i've set up a message in the timeout workflow, so that way I know when it's entering it.

hey @green-house-26781 , Why are you saying there is no "End Conversation" option in the whatsapp integration? The normal "End" works exactly the same

as in there's no way for the user to finish the conversation mid chat
like the 'close conversation (x) button' in webchat
and besides timing out

the "End Conversation" is called when: 1) the flow hits an "End Node" 2) the user is inactive for 30 minutes
the "x" doesn't end the conversation
even in webchat

by the way, the 'x' which is actually an back icon, doesnt conclude the conversation even if configured this way?

the "X" does nothing but minimize the bot.
If you want to clear the conversation on exit, you should turn that button to on "Clear conversation on exit", then the conversation is cleared when you close the browser
the "Allow user to delete conversation" button allows the user to clear their conversation by themselves

Thanks, please let me know if timeout is fixed. I've found a workaround to reset the conversation through the botpress.inbox
but it's kinda not ideal, since i got to pitch a client tomorrow :/
