A few things:
1. I'd reword the intro to be something like:
What would you like assistance with?
"Choice 1" "Choice 2" "Choice 3" "Choice 4" "I have a question"
2. If the user chooses ask question, take them to a new KB node:
Sure, thing!
What would you like to know?
