Hello, I've seen the issue occured multiple times but didn't see the solution. I have an issue - I connected to Zendesk and did everything as on tutorial but HITL doesn't work. Only shows " ... " like the bot is typing but that's all. Any idea how to fix it? I'm desperate at this point....
