#1111009377525186570 Hey, I am a beginner to Botpress and have struck in an issue. I am building a Customer support Bot for a Plumbing company. I have given the FAQs in pdf and the website as the Knowledge Bases. The issue is when I ask something from the Bot in question sense as : 'My drainage pipe is leaked, what should I do?' , It gives good response. However, When I ask something in simple sentence as: 'I have issues with my drainage pipe', it gives no reply. I guess, the bot is only replying to interrogative questions having question mark. What should I do in this situation. Your guidance will be really helpful!
