Thanks for your answer!!
In the actuall flow user has to answer to querys. First one is something like: what can I do for you? And the second one is an AI question based on your first question. For example if user ask for museums the AI question would be: what kind of museums are you looking for? In what city? Are you looking for free entrance or do you have a budget?
So, once the user hast answered the two questions I have two options: I execute a Query Knowledge Bases to look for in all KBs or I use intents, raw input for the last question and use only the KBs related to the question.
I think the second one would be more accuracy as I have tested both approach and the second one shows me content more related with main question. As you mentioned AI probably could find information in several KBs but I prefer just to look for in the MuseumsKB.
Worst part is that this solution is harder to implement as I need to figure it out the intent of the first question and users sometimes are not very clear with their intentions 🙂
If anyone has experience in cases like this I appreciate any comment so we can have best knowledge about how RAG and KBs works.
Thanks to all.
