hello everyone , I am building chatbot for healthcare system (used node and mongodb), where chatbot will answer questions like 1- user can book appointment 2- show appointment status 3- can check ticket status # Problem i have used webchat integration, and passed userData:{} as shown in docs but somehow userData{{event.userId}} only availaible when user click chatbot icon for first time and not after susequent clicks How do chatbot know about current user detail interacting with chatbot ?
