@crooked-van-25152 I've used web search for my knowledge base. However, I've asked questions to my bot and it gave me inaccurate answers. The bot did find an answer in the knowledge base, but didn't seem to give the right information. I've then used copilot AI (which has access to BingAI), and when I asked it the same question as on Botpress, it gave me the right answers. Do you know what could be causing my bot to give wrong information ?
