I'll try to explain a little bit more, so i don't need much, just a simple interaction like "if you want to know about this, press 1, or this other thing press 2", then the bot answers whatever the costumer asks to. I created a menu for this. The end of the automatic answers should be when the costumer wants to stop to read the FAQ and start to ask me any other questions he wants, without that annoying menu appearing everytime he sends a message Don't know if I was clear enough now
