@wide-oyster-38514 @best-army-74344 So guys, actually the "AI transition" and perhaps the entire "AI system" is smarter than I thought. The issue seems to be resolved like this: in the "AI transition" prompt, you just need to give instructions that it should direct the user based on the response they have given. I'm using {{event.preview}} and it simply forwards it right to the relevant node. Of course, you need to create either general or more specific categories depending on the use cases. For example, "technology" is a good term that includes engines, electronic boards, etc. It might be helpful to select "force classify" in the advanced settings. I really hope it's that simple.
