Okay, so “Sí” goes to another node which asks for more information which is great. Currently “No” is connected to either nothing or the end node, correct? But where would you like it to go exactly? It sounds like you just need to connect “No” back to the start of the flow. You can’t connect it to the trigger, but you can to whatever node comes immediately after that
