@swift-lawyer-85428 and other bot builders: We should create some 'priority help requests' list that Botpress Team members can review. This list would include help posts that the community hasn't solved in a week (or something like that). In this way, we as a community can assist those struggling with questions we also faced when we started. This approach would spare the Botpress team from needing to even read or at least focus too much those posts, allowing them to use their time more effectively to develop the product itself and focus their community support only on those help posts that prove too difficult for us, even for BotBassadors.
