I would recommend you to look into a web scraping tool if it's a big website that you are trying to convert into a text doc, else you could just go thru the website manually and note everything down. Web scraping is much faster but you will have to go thru the document to try and give the scraped information a little bit and delete everything unnecessary, this can be done with ChatGPT. I am unsure about the next questions but I have also thought about people just being able to copy our bots information and use it on their own website.
