I have been trying to troubleshoot a KB upload from a .txt file that is filled with link markdown. Providing links in the responses is critical to the UX but the links do not seem to come through unless I am using GPT4 and the cost is running about .12-.15 cents per reply based on the emulator right now using a raw capture card.
