ive been watching a huge amount of how to botpress videos and i have a couple of questions. for lead generation how do i store the answers to a google sheets rather than a table inside bot press . also i would like to be able to automatically send a text to these people either on whats app or via sms to send them a freebie or encourage further action. although i see lots of videos showing how to put the bot into whats app. there doesnt seem to be anything that shows you how to embed the bot in a particular closed group or certain channel. im sure this must be how it needs to be done otherwise they would never be found. could we have a full flow through example . also i see that it would be beneficial to have a customer support bot in whats app or telegram that had a knowledge base for cutomers to query . Again , i seem to have the info to go on to build the bot but not how to implement it on a closed channel on the telegram or whats app platforms. seeing a video example of how to do this would be be great thank you. if a video already exists please point me to it. thanks for all your hard work this product has amazing potential for my business.
