Hi @crooked-van-25152 Is there any specific reason for the bot to not share the URLs that are in the knowledge base? For example, on faq, we have the social media URLs but the bot keeps sharing them with no URLs like: "You can find our social media profiles on the following platforms: Twitter: Telegram: Medium: Reddit:" Thanks in advance.
