It depends on your needs. I personally prefer Botpress in every way, which is I am still here. Botpress offers a lot more flexibility which means that we can do basically everything with it. I found Voiceflow to be a bit more restricting. There is also a huge price difference. You get all of Botpress' tools with the free plan and a very generous amount of messages and AI Credits. I find Voiceflow to be a bit expensive compared to what they offer. Also here on Botpress you can just buy more of a single thing like storage or AI Credits instead of having to upgrade your plan just because you need a little more of 1 thing. In conclusion Botpress is the best while still being the cheapest
