Because it happens to me that when I ask the chatbot "how to create users" it returns the answer correctly, but when I ask it "create users" it does not give me the answer and it is very strange because it is almost the same as the question I asked at the beginning. I would like to know why this happens if in my knowledge base I have PDFs loaded with topics for the bot to respond to. Help please haha
