Botpress's official Shopify intagration says "Coming soon!" I think it's still good to practice these with APIs and Webhooks as well. But whenever you can leave out the middle man, like Make.com, the cheaper it is to user your chatbots if they get a lot of users. Shopify also has an official API. I've never used Shopify, I buy everything I need from the farmers market 🐟
