Like @microscopic-shampoo-2255 said I think it mistaken the email and reset the user language. (it took the email as Welsh for some reason). If that's the case we can't really help as it depends on the Translator Agent (and the ChatGPT) as they are responsible for the translation. Are you using an automatic language detection feature?
