What they are lacking is clarity, consistency, and vision with the education of their interaction design. (The small stuff, but the stuff that happens to be the core of their app) The ML/AI modeling industry especially needs to be obsessively picky about not bloating tools with any uncertainty which already happen to fall between that weird sort of juggling between developer and casual audiences simultaneously (because of this whole GPT thing)
