Curious if anyone has a better basic QnA template? I'm struggling to learn how to build from scratch and even simple edits are kicking my butt. But i can at bare minimum use that template, delete the crazy personality and add a knowledge base. It works good enough when the user asks questions, but it bugs out if the user just types a single word. Responses seem to be too long also and it likes to just state "contact them" vs providing contact information or link to contact us page.
