You can include 'add transition to handle failure' in your advanced configurations. It will take the user to a separate workflow. If you want the user to select one option, you can add a 'retries' function, so even if they type something random it will still ask them to choose one option (you can also create a separate option to ask questions). This might be a more intuitive UX workflow🙂
