OLA! Question here. I have a Livechat app already. But it doesn't have any AI. What I'm thinking, it would be possible to have Botpress as my front chat support, then if the concern needs to be transfered to a real person, it will be redirected to my livechat app. I'm using GTM when installing it to my website. wireframe be like: Botpress (GTM) > livechat (GTM). Is this possible?
