There have been some changes to the KB, but I'm not certain how they have affected how well the KB can pickup on a non-question. Why would it answer something that isn't a question? If you want it to generate an answer either way you could use the Query Knowledge Bases card. With it you can give a create a custom query. Then you could use an AI Task to rewrite what ever the user wrote into a question, save it in a variable and then use that variable in the Query Knowledge Bases card. Keep in mind here that you can't query specific knowledge bases like you can with the capture information cards. If you want to query specific knowledge bases you would have to create different folder for the workflows and knowledge bases.
